Account safety limits
The limits LinkFetch enforces on every LinkedIn action, and why they exist.
Every LinkedIn action LinkFetch performs runs on your own LinkedIn account. LinkedIn restricts accounts that behave like bots — too many invites, too fast, at odd hours — so LinkFetch enforces the limits a careful person would follow. Your AI assistant can't override them.
The live table is always at GET /v1/safety/limits (no API key needed).

Job search, job details and anything already cached don't touch your account and have no account limits.
How the limits adapt
- Warm-up: every account starts at 40 invites a week, rising to 60, 80 and then 100 over four weeks. Accounts with fewer than 100 connections get 30 a week and 40% of the other limits.
- Cloud mode runs at half these limits, because the session runs from our infrastructure rather than your browser.
- Rolling windows: "100 per week" means any 7-day window, not a calendar week.
- Human pacing: writes are spaced at least 8 seconds apart, only run between 08:00 and 21:00 in your timezone, and daily write limits halve at weekends.
- No duplicate invites to the same person within 3 weeks.
When LinkedIn pushes back

A request over a limit returns 429 safety_limit (or too_fast,
outside_working_hours) with resets_at; a paused account returns
451 account_paused or challenge_unresolved. Check your usage any
