TL;DR. HeyReach is a strong tool if you run campaigns across many LinkedIn sender accounts, which is why agencies like it. It is expensive if you only run one to three accounts, and since LinkedIn took down HeyReach's company page in March 2026, some teams want a second option. Expandi and Dripify are the closest like-for-like swaps. lemlist and La Growth Machine fit teams that live in email as much as LinkedIn. Linked Helper is the cheapest if you are happy to run a desktop app. And if you'd rather ask an AI to do the LinkedIn work than build campaigns, LinkFetch and Valley take that approach. Every price below was checked on the vendor's own page on October 10, 2026.

What HeyReach does well, and why people look elsewhere

HeyReach is a cloud tool that runs one set of LinkedIn campaigns across many sender accounts, with a unified inbox, a workspace per client and whitelabel on its Agency plan. Campaigns combine profile views, connection requests, messages, voice notes and InMail, and it connects to Instantly and Smartlead for email, plus Clay, HubSpot, Zapier and Make. It has an API, webhooks and an MCP server from its Growth plan up. Reviewers on G2 rate it 4.6 out of 5 and often mention its support.

The reasons people look for an alternative come up again and again:

  • Price for small teams. Growth is $79 per sender a month ($63 billed yearly). Agency is $999 a month for 25 or 50 senders and Unlimited is $2,999 a month. That's good value for an agency with 25 senders and a lot for a founder with one.
  • LinkedIn's March 2026 action. On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted its executives' profiles. HeyReach says customer accounts were not affected. LinkedIn hasn't said why, so treat any explanation you read, including competitors', as a guess.
  • Reliability reports. Third-party reviews mention campaigns stopping mid-run and slow support replies. These are individual reports, not a pattern we could measure.

The alternatives at a glance

Prices are entry prices from each vendor's pricing page on October 10, 2026, billed monthly unless noted. "Per seat" usually means one LinkedIn account.

The alternatives, one by one

Expandi

The closest match to HeyReach's positioning. Each account gets a dedicated IP in its country, with automatic warm-up and what Expandi calls smart limits. It is $99 a seat a month or $79 billed yearly, and its agency tier starts at 10 seats with a quoted price. In late September 2026 Expandi launched an MCP server in beta: the AI drafts replies and you approve them before anything is sent. If you like HeyReach's model but want a second vendor, start here.

Dripify

Cheaper per seat ($59 a month, $39 yearly) with fixed daily quotas per plan, for example 20 connection requests a day on Basic and 75 on Pro. Adaptive activity control and team features sit on the higher plans, as do the open API and MCP. A good fit for one to five accounts that don't need agency workspaces.

Waalaxy

The friendliest for beginners. Waalaxy dropped its Chrome extension in 2026 and now runs fully in the cloud. Its pricing page showed Pro at €19 a user a month when we checked, but other sources list higher prices, so check the price for your country. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and the shared inbox is a paid add-on.

lemlist

An email tool first, with LinkedIn steps on its Multichannel plan ($109 a month, $87 yearly, with up to five senders per user). Pick it if most of your outbound is email and LinkedIn is the second channel. It has an API, a CLI and an MCP server.

La Growth Machine

Multichannel sequences across LinkedIn, email, calls and X, priced per identity (one person's set of accounts) from €60 a month. LGM says it runs without detectable browser extensions and uses dedicated mobile proxies. Its pricing page displayed inconsistent numbers on the day we checked, so confirm the tier you need.

Skylead

LinkedIn plus unlimited email at $100 a seat. Its agency plan (25 seats or unlimited) is a first-year promotional price, so check what it renews at. It has an API and webhooks. The pricing page doesn't describe its LinkedIn rate limits.

Meet Alfred

The lowest per-seat price among the cloud tools here, from $29 a seat on yearly billing, across LinkedIn, email and X, with team and whitelabel options. It connects through webhooks and Zapier; we couldn't confirm a public API or MCP server.

Aimfox

LinkedIn only, $49 a seat, or $499 a month for 20 seats on its agency plan. It uses a shared IP pool across 70+ countries. It also sells "outreach avatars", rented LinkedIn profiles at $387 a month. Rented profiles break LinkedIn's terms, and an account that isn't yours is one you can lose overnight; we'd steer clear of that add-on.

Linked Helper

A desktop app rather than a cloud service, from $15 an account a month (less on yearly plans). It is the cheapest way to run many accounts, but your computer or a VPS has to stay on, and one license covers one account. Good for technical users who want local control.

PhantomBuster

Not really a HeyReach replacement: PhantomBuster's "Phantoms" are best at pulling data from LinkedIn and other sites, and it isn't built for rotating senders. Plans start at $69 a month. Many teams use it alongside a sequencing tool rather than instead of one.

Valley

An AI SDR: it writes LinkedIn outbound for you and a person approves it before it's sent. From $199 a seat a month, with email on higher plans, an API and an MCP server. Pick it if you want the writing done for you and are fine paying for that.

LinkFetch

LinkFetch is a different kind of tool, so judge it on different terms. Instead of a campaign builder, it is the AI interface to your LinkedIn: you connect your own accounts and ask Claude, Cursor or any MCP client to do the work, for example "find heads of growth at Series A fintechs in London", "who reacted to our launch post", "reply to the three people who asked about pricing". Claude researches, writes and, when you confirm, sends through your accounts.

  • What it does: people and company search, profiles, posts and reactions, your inbox, messages, connection requests, comments and follows, plus simple outreach campaigns that send connection requests and message people once they accept, spread through the day. It also includes LinkedIn jobs and company data that need no account at all.
  • Safety: every connected account has published daily and weekly limits, working hours and a warm-up, and pauses itself if LinkedIn shows a check. You can read how LinkFetch keeps connected accounts inside safe limits.
  • Price: free to start with 500 credits and one LinkedIn account, then $29 a month for each extra account plus credit packs from $19 for 1,000 credits. Each request costs a flat number of credits.
  • Where it falls short: no multi-step sequences with branches, no email channel, no voice notes, no whitelabel or client workspaces. If you run large campaigns across dozens of senders, HeyReach, Expandi or Skylead are better fits today.

Pick it if you run a few accounts and would rather describe what you want than build and babysit campaigns. Here's a daily outreach routine run from Claude to see what that looks like.

How to choose

  • You're an agency running 20+ senders: stay with HeyReach, or compare Expandi, Skylead and Aimfox's agency tiers. Whitelabel and client workspaces narrow the field quickly.
  • You run one to five accounts: Dripify, Waalaxy or Meet Alfred cost far less than per-sender agency pricing. LinkFetch fits if you'd rather work through an AI than a campaign dashboard.
  • Email matters as much as LinkedIn: lemlist or La Growth Machine.
  • Lowest cost, technical team: Linked Helper on a VPS.
  • You want an AI to write or run the outreach: Valley writes it for you to approve; LinkFetch lets Claude do it through your own accounts. Several sequencers, including HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify and lemlist, now have MCP servers too, so an MCP server alone doesn't set any tool apart.

A word on account safety

Every tool here acts on your LinkedIn account, and LinkedIn restricts accounts that behave like bots. No vendor can promise you won't be restricted. What lowers the risk is the same everywhere: stay well under LinkedIn's weekly invitation limits, keep activity inside normal working hours, warm up new accounts slowly, and never use rented or fake profiles. Before you buy, check whether a tool publishes its limits and lets you change them.
