What you'll own.
You're our fractional in-house counsel, owning everything compliance-adjacent: DPA templates, sub-processor agreements, enterprise security reviews, and the written compliance narrative that gets us through B2B procurement.

- 01Maintain and update our DPA, privacy policy, ToS, and AUP
- 02Respond to enterprise security questionnaires within 48h SLA
- 03Advise on DSAR / erasure request handling
- 04Own regulatory positioning for GDPR, CCPA, future AI Act scope
- 05Review contract edits from customer legal teams

The profile.
- ▸Qualified EU data-protection lawyer with 8+ years in tech
- ▸You've worked DPIA + DPA reviews for SaaS / API companies
- ▸You communicate in plain English, not lawyerese
- ▸Familiarity with LinkedIn / public-data / scraping landscape is a plus
